The school conducts two examinations and two unit tests during the academic year.
The reports will be issued in an open day which is held within three weeks after exam . It is compulsory that both
parents / guardians should collect the report personally from the class teachers on the suggested day itself . The general
performance in all these tests and examinations will be taken into account for promotion and detention.
The Periodic Progress Report as well as the Final Examination Reports will be held
pending due to misbehaviour by the parent or student and payment of fees to the school unless condition has been obtained well in advance.
The decision of the Principal with regard to promotion after the Annual Examination will be final and
will not be reconsidered.
A pupil who use unfair means during examination / test will not be given zero in the subject and
debarred from the examination. Repetition of unfair means will make the pupil liable for dismissal from the school.
A student failing to appear for examination / test will not be re-examined on any account .
Results will be declared depending on the students performance during the year.
No student will take any study leave unless given by authorities before an examination .
Serious action will be taken against those who do so.
For promotion a student must score atleast 35% in all the subjects.
No child may repeat the same standard twice . If a pupil fails after repeating he/she will have to leave the school.
